The program delivery instructions on issuing extensions for work permits have been updated. Clarifications have been made to the intra-corporate (company) transferee criteria and the confirmation that the prevailing wage requirements do not apply to the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement intra-corporate (company) transferees.
