Program delivery update: Establishing date of birth records

Procedures are now available for establishing date of birth records in Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) systems. These procedures apply to citizenship and immigration lines of business and replace and supersede any previously published instructions in IRCC manuals.
