Program delivery update: Participation of Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members and veterans in citizenship ceremonies

The instructions have been updated with the following changes:
- Veteran’s Service Card information was added.
- New contact information was added for requests for Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) participation.
- Honorary members of the CAF are now allowed to participate in ceremonies.
- The information sheet for CAF members and veterans participating in ceremonies has been updated.
