There are some discrepancies between the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and the program delivery instructions (PDIs) on processing refugee claims for minor children and vulnerable adults. The PDIs have been updated to add instructions on processing refugee claims for vulnerable adults, as described in the IRPA.
