Program delivery update: Refusal to process Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA)-required work permit applications for caregivers

A note has been added to the instructions to indicate that visitors to Canada who apply for a new Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA)-required work permit for in-home caregiver positions outside Quebec are considered to be subject to the work permit refusal to process.
