Program delivery update: COVID-19 – New order in council release for temporary residents

In light of the order in council (OIC) updates effective November 30, 2020, we have updated the Travel restriction measures: COVID-19 program delivery page.
Updates include:
- Reference to adult children under the family reunification provision has been removed for clarity and alignment with the extended family exemption.
- The definition of extended family members has been updated and now specifies that both parties in an exclusive dating relationship must be 18 years of age or older, as per the updated OIC.
