The updated instructions now include information on how to process requests from international students who decide to change designated learning institutions (DLIs).
The information on processing incomplete study permit applications has been updated.
A new section has been added under the header “Hong Kong student priority process”. It links to guidance for special measures to support Hong Kong residents to come to Canada.
