Nationals of Chad are exempt from the 12-month bar if their Immigration and Refugee Board or previous pre-removal risk assessment decision was made between March 30, 2022, and March 29, 2023, inclusive. Nationals of Chad are subject to the 12-month bar if the decision was made after March 29, 2023.
