Program delivery update: Deletion of temporary residence COVID-19 program delivery instructions (PDIs)

Following the Government of Canada announcement regarding the removal of all COVID-19 entry restrictions, as well as testing, quarantine and isolation requirements for anyone entering Canada, effective October 1, 2022, and the expiry of the ministerial instructions (MIs) on March 31, 2023, the following program delivery instructions (PDIs), which provided interim guidance to staff on the processing of temporary residence applications while travel restrictions were in place, have been deleted.
