The instructions have been updated to clarify that the exception in primary agriculture occupations applies strictly to the National Occupational Classification (NOC) under Training, Education, Experience and Responsibilities (TEER) 4 and 5. Applicants working in NOC TEER categories 0–3 occupations and working in primary agriculture remain eligible to apply under the Francophone mobility administrative code C16.
