Program delivery update: Refugee protection claimant document (RPCD) renewal/replacement

Beginning on February 15, 2024, renewal and replacement requests for all expired, lost, stolen or damaged RPCDs can now be submitted via an IRCC web form. Updates have been made to the related instructions to account for this expansion of services.
