Guidelines for processing applications under the family-based permanent residence pathway for people affected by the conflict in Sudan are now available.

This temporary public policy will provide a humanitarian pathway to permanent residence for foreign nationals who have family in Canada, so they can find safe haven and build their lives in Canada with support for their settlement and integration.
