The instructions for open work permits for vulnerable workers (OWP-V) have been updated to include:

additional examples of abuse or risk or abuse in the context of employment as well as financial abuse
clarification that applications are no longer processed by local IRCC offices but are now processed by the Vulnerable Persons Unit in the Domestic Network
additional guidance for interviews (for example, the amount of time provided by an officer for an applicant to provide further information or evidence)
clarification as to when migrant workers are eligible for another OWP-V
additional changes to processing instructions
