Afghanistan Sector

Lead and reinforce Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) work to advance the Government of Canada’s commitment to resettle at least 40,000 Afghan nationals by fostering horizontal collaboration to provide strategic advice and integrated planning and reporting to implement the Afghan resettlement initiative, and to foster stakeholder support, confidence and participation.
