Client experience survey for Ukrainian temporary residents in Canada
Ottawa, October 7, 2026—Ukrainian temporary residents in Canada, including those who submitted an application under the Canada-Ukraine Authorization for Emergency Travel (CUAET), may be invited to participate in a client experience survey by email.
About the survey
To better understand the experience of those who have come to Canada or have extended their stay in Canada, including through special measures for Ukrainians, the Government of Canada is collecting feedback from randomly selected Ukrainian clients.
The survey is being conducted in October.
Completing the survey is voluntary and participation is kept confidential. If you don’t wish to participate, simply choose not to complete the survey. Your decision to participate will not affect any past, current or future applications.
