Narrator: What is great with IEC is that it also facilitates working visas. So, you can travel and go have this experience in another country, but you’re also allowed to work.

Narrator: I travelled a lot. So I went to all four corners of France, but I was also able to travel around Europe, because it’s much cheaper, so I went to Malta, I went to Portugal, I went to Italy, I went to England, I went to Spain.

Narrator: So, for me, it’s the dream. You know, you’re going to immerse yourself in a culture that is not yours, that you do not know how it functions.

Narrator: So just research the little things, the differences that you have with that country, so when you get there it’s not necessarily a culture shock. You don’t take it in like in a negative way, but you know you were prepared, and you’re like, “Oh yeah, I read about this,” you know, like, “I knew this would happen.”

Narrator: That ability to create human connections with people that you would’ve never imagined, I think that for me is a beautiful gift, and to have friends from all over the world, that one day if I wanna go to London, I have 6 friends that live in London.
