Who can apply

The requirements to apply depend on whether you’re:

• an investor(opens in a new tab) 
• an entrepreneur(opens in a new tab) 
• a self-employed person(opens in a new tab) 

If you are eligible, submit an application to the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration (MIFI), according to the program that applies to your situation.

If your application is successful, you can then apply for permanent residence.
