Open work permit for prospective Provincial Nominee Program candidates with a support letter from Manitoba or Yukon

You may be eligible to apply for an open work permit under a temporary public policy if

• you’re a temporary worker in Manitoba or Yukon and
• you’ve been issued an open work permit support letter confirming your eligibility under the Provincial Nominee Program by either Manitoba or Yukon

This open work permit allows you to work in the participating province or territory that provided your open work permit support letter for up to 2 years.

This work permit is not for applicants who were already nominated by a province or territory under the Provincial Nominee Program.
