Description

This current grievance indicated that the FA's direction in previous grievances had not been fully implemented. It is highly likely that other pilot officers of the same cohort (between 2009 and 2015) also experienced service-related training delays and extra second lieutenant Incentive Pay Categories before promotion to lieutenant but did not benefit from the FA's direction.

Recommendation

The Committee recommended that the FA direct a review of all files for pilots who obtained their Wings Standard between the years of 2009 and 2015, to ensure fair and consistent treatment.
