Government of Canada and FCM to Launch New Tree Planting Initiative

OTTAWA — The Honourable Jonathan Wilkinson, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, along with Rebecca Bligh, Second Vice-President of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) and Vancouver City Councillor, and Linda Buchanan, Mayor of the City of North Vancouver will launch a new tree planting initiative.
