There is a horrifying rise in hate crimes in our communities, and Canada will not tolerate anyone being made to feel afraid because of who they are, how they worship, or where they gather. Rising antisemitism, Islamophobia, homophobia and transphobia have left too many people feeling unsafe in their own communities.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal terminated the expiry review of its order made on November 10, 2020, in expiry review RR-2019-004, concerning the dumping of hot-rolled carbon steel plate and high-strength low-alloy steel plate from Ukraine. Accordingly, the Tribunal rescinded its order concerning the aforementioned goods. The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore not continue to impose anti-dumping duties on this product.
