The Government of Canada is providing more than $63.2 million through the Canada Community-Building Fund for 49 recipients across Nova Scotia in 2025-2026. These funds provide communities with stable and flexible funding for their infrastructure priorities across a wide range of categories. The Intersectoral Action Fund (ISAF) is the first Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) program explicitly dedicated to support collective action across sectors on the social determinants of health to reduce health inequities.
