The Honorable Julie Dabrusin, Minister of Environment and Climate Change, issued the following statement at the conclusion of the 30th Conference of the Parties (COP) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in Belém, Brazil, which took place from November 10 to 21, 2025.
On November 26–27, Lisa Campbell, President of the Canadian Space Agency (CSA), will join government ministers and senior officials from the European Space Agency (ESA) and participate in the Council meeting at Ministerial level (CM25) in Bremen, Germany.

In order to extend the lifespan of existing facilities and improve the efficiency and reliability of the Saint-Hyacinthe wastewater treatment plant, the Governments of Canada and Quebec have increased their planned funding, which has risen from $12,600,000 to $24,926,551 for each order of government, bringing the total investment in the project to $49,853,102.
