On September 24, 2026, during a formal count, staff members at the minimum-security unit from Collins Bay Institution, a multi-level security federal institution, discovered that Mason Jenkins was not accounted for.
On September 19, 2026, as a result of the vigilance of staff members, contraband and unauthorized items were seized at Archambault Institution, a multi-level security federal institution.
On September 21, 2026, as a result of the vigilance of staff members, packages containing contraband and unauthorized items were seized at Saskatchewan Penitentiary.
On September 15, 2026, as a result of the vigilance of staff members, contraband items were seized at Drummond Institution, a medium security federal institution.
On September 21, 2026, as a result of the vigilance of staff members, packages containing contraband and unauthorized items were seized at Springhill Institution, a medium security federal institution.
On September 21, 2026, an inmate from the Federal Training Centre, died while in our custody of apparent natural causes. The individual’s name has been anonymized to comply with a court-ordered publication ban to protect the identity of the victim(s).
