Workplace Opportunities: Removing Barriers to Equity is a grants and contributions program that provides $3 million per fiscal year to projects aimed at improving representation of designated groups—women, Indigenous peoples, persons with disabilities and members of visible minorities—in areas of low representation through partnerships and industry-tailored strategies.
