International Trade Minister Ed Fast and Agriculture and Agri-Food Minister Gerry Ritz today announced Canada's ratification of the World Wine Trade Group (WWTG) Agreement on Requirements for Wine Labelling. The agreement was signed by WWTG participants, which include Argentina, Australia, Canada, Chile, Georgia, New Zealand, South Africa and the United States, in January 2007.

Below is a list of the Canadian companies with which the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) has entered into Contribution Agreements, as well as a short description of their respective research and development (R&D) projects. The total CSA contribution to the six projects is $1.6 million; the maximum contribution per project is up to $300,000 and all agreements are valid for 24 months. The total amount of Canadian government assistance (federal, provincial and municipal) per project cannot exceed 75 percent.
