The Canadian International Trade Tribunal today initiated an expiry review of its finding made on February 21, 2019, in inquiry NQ-2018-004, to determine if the expiry of the finding is likely to lead to continued or resumed dumping of corrosion-resistant steel sheet from the People’s Republic of China, the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu (Chinese Taipei), the Republic of India and the Republic of Korea and is likely to result in injury to the domestic industry.
