Serge Daunais, a former executive for Pavages Maska Inc., pleaded guilty before the Superior Court of Québec in a case of bid-rigging for a paving contract awarded by the Ministère des Transports du Québec (MTQ) in and around the Granby region. He was ordered to pay a $20,000 fine.
