The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) today determined that there is a reasonable indication that the dumping and subsidizing of hot-rolled carbon steel plate and high-strength low-alloy steel plate from the Republic of India and the Russian Federation have caused injury or are threatening to cause injury to the domestic industry.
On August 4, 2015, at about 12:30 p.m., as a result of the vigilance of staff members, a package containing contraband was seized at Mountain Institution, a medium security federal institution.
On August 5, 2015, at about 10:20 p.m. as a result of the vigilance of staff members, unauthorized items were seized in the medium-security unit at Collins Bay Institution.
