Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird today announced that a delegation from the organization Girls Not Brides: The Global Partnership to End Child Marriage, headed by Her Royal Highness Princess Mabel van Oranje, will visit Canada from November 17 to 21, 2014. The delegation will visit Ottawa, Toronto and Montréal. Girls Not Brides is a global partnership of more than 400 civil society organizations from over 60 countries working to address child marriage and enable girls to fulfill their potential.
