During a ceremony held today at Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Valcartier, Quebec, General Walt Natynczyk, the Chief of the Defence Staff (CDS), presented 58 Mention in Dispatches insignias, nine CDS Commendations, and a Canadian Forces (CF) Medallion for Distinguished Service.
