Following a refusal to work, health and safety officer Dave Furlotte conducted an investigation at the Moncton Flight College.After testing for volatile organics compounds and investigating air quality, health and safety officer Furlotte decided that no danger existed for the employees. His decision was issued on November 15, 2000.

On November 23, 2001, Mr. Ken Folkins requested an appeal by an appeals officer but later withdrew his appeal on February 12, 2001. As the Appeals Officer seized of the review, I confirm that this case is closed.
