How to Make an Access to Information Request

Submitting a request online to the Parole Board of Canada

The Access to Information Online Request Service offers a convenient way to submit an access to information request.

This centralized service enables individuals to make online requests for information under the control of Government of Canada institutions instead of having to print, scan and email or mail a form to the correct institution.

An Access to Information request pertains to any general record held by a government department on their operations. If you are looking for personal information held on you by any government department, you will need to complete an Access to Personal Information Request.
