To register as a victim, or to submit or request information:
- Call the Victim Information Line at 1-866-789-4636 (Toll-free) to be automatically connected to a Regional Communications Officer (RCO) in your region for assistance with and information on PBC victim services; or

Observing a Hearing
To observe a PBC parole hearing:
- complete the Request to Observe a Parole Board of Canada Hearing - Application form, and once completed send it to the PBC regional office where the hearing will take place or the office nearest to you.
Decision Registry
To request a copy of a PBC decision, complete the Decision Registry Request Form. Once completed, send the form to the PBC regional office serving the area where the offender is imprisoned or under supervision or, if not known, the office nearest to you.
