Filing Sales and Pricing Information Prior to 2022
The Online Filing Tool is only capable of accepting original and amended Form 2 data for PMPRB11 sales and pricing information from 2022 and onwards.
If original and amended Form 2 data for PMPRB7 sales and pricing information must be filed for periods prior to 2022, the information must be submitted via email to PMPRB.Filing-Depot.CEPMB@pmprb-cepmb.gc.ca. The following information is required: a signed coversheet (Blocks 1-3), Block 4 spreadsheet, and Block 5 spreadsheet.
