  • The Public Service Commission (PSC) has developed a step-by-step user manual for the Priority Portal, which will be provided to the Priority Administration and Priority Information Management System (PIMS) Super Users contacts identified in each organization and posted on the PSC Web site;
  • Frequently Asked Questions on the secure sign-in process (cyber-authentication) and an updated PIMS Manual and Guide on Priority Administration will also be available on the PSC Web site;
  • Should priority persons have any questions regarding the Priority Portal, they will be advised to contact the human resources advisor from their home organization or, alternatively, the PSC Priority Administration General Information Line for assistance:
  • The name and contact information of each organization’s Priority Administration contact and PIMS Super User is on the PSC Web site;
  • To identify your organization’s PSC Priority Administration advisor, please visit the PSC Web site; and
