Construction tender request: PWGSC-TPSGC 500

The project manager must complete this form and submit it to RPCD with the following documents:

• 9200 - Requisition for Goods and Services and Construction
• Security Requirements Check List (SRCL)
• Risk Management Plan (for projects with a Class A Estimate greater than $100,000)
• Class A Estimate
• Tender Ready Drawings and Specifications - paper and CD-ROM. Bilingual documents when the Class A Estimate is greater than $100,000
• Completed Doing Business document Appendix A - Checklist for the Submission of Construction Documents to PWGSC

Certification of review of tender ready documentation

I confirm that:

• the attached drawings and specifications have been reviewed and are ready for tender.
• PWGSC and Real Property Branch policies and directives have been followed (e.g. "Guide to Preparation of Construction Documents for PWGSC" - previously known as the "Specification Brief".

I understand that:

• Real Property Contracting reserves the right to review the documents and may return those that are found to be unacceptable
• if it is found during the bidding period that there are significant questions or problems with the documents, Real Property Contracting may decide unilaterally to extend the bidding process until the documents are corrected.
