Grandfather certification
A signed grandfather certification will provide certain types of bidders with:
- the ability to bring forward previously provided information into their bid submission
- a reduction in the amount of data that is required to be input into their electronic bid submission

New ProServices bidders
If you are a new ProServices bidder and have an active Task-based informatics professional services (TBIPS) and/or Task and solutions professional services (TSPS) (task based) supply arrangement (SA), you will have the ability to bring forward your awarded streams and categories from your TBIPS and/or TSPS (task based) SA into this ProServices bid submission.
Suppliers without informatics supply arrangements
If you are an existing supplier (who does not have a supply arrangement with TBIPS and/or TSPS (task based)), you will have the ability to bring forward your ProServices information into this ProServices bid submission.
Suppliers with informatics supply arrangements
If you are a ProServices existing suppliers a supply arrangement with TBIPS and/or TSPS (task based)), you will have the ability to bring forward your ProServices information into this ProServices bid submission. You will also have the ability to bring forward your awarded streams and categories from TBIPS and/or TSPS (task based) SA into this ProServices bid submission.
