Disruption of Canada Post services

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, please be advised that mail deliveries may be delayed or not received. For time-sensitive items, we encourage you to consider using alternative mailing services or in person delivery is available at the 2 locations below. It is also possible to send your documents by email. Please note that the email capacity is 25MB. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

For in person delivery, both mailrooms operate from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 3 pm.

  • Gatineau: 165 Hôtel-de-Ville Street (Hull) Portage II
    • the drop-off counter is the first door on the right when entering from Hôtel-de-Ville Street, room C-111
  • Ottawa: 161 Goldenrod Driveway at the Tunney's Pasture site
    • mail must be delivered to the rear of the building, entrance via Eglantine Driveway, to the loading dock
    • a commissionaire is there, and will contact the mailroom on your behalf (ensure that you tell the commissionaire that this is mail for PSPC)

Any personal information provided to PSPC on this webpage is collected on a voluntary basis pursuant to the Public Works and Government Services Act. This personal information will be used by the Departmental Oversight Branch of PSPC to respond to questions/comments, and to improve our Internet presence. This personal information is described in the Standard Personal Information Banks Public Communications PSU 914 and Internal Communications PSU 915. Your personal information is protected, used, and disclosed in accordance with the Privacy Act. A refusal to provide your personal information may make it impossible for us to respond to your questions. Under the Privacy Act, you have the right to access and correct your personal information, if erroneous or incomplete. The personal information provided in this form will be retained for a period of minimum 2 years following the last administrative action, and then destroyed. Providing personal information to Public Services and Procurement Canada

PSPC is committed to ensure the privacy and security of personal information. However, applicants remain responsible for the security and confidentiality of any personal information provided to PSPC, until it is received. Applicants may choose to transmit personal or sensitive information by regular mail, by email or by fax at their discretion. However, for security reasons, we recommend using registered mail or priority courier as these are more secure delivery methods.

Effective April 8, 2022 we provide service in French and English, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 5 pm (Eastern time).
