Processing time

The first direct deposit will be made approximately 3 months after receipt of your completed enrolment form. Until then, you’ll continue to receive your payments the way you’re receiving them now.

Updating your banking information

To change your banking information, complete a new direct deposit enrolment form. Do not use this form to update your address information. Instead, contact the government departments and agencies that issue your payments to you.
