Ineligibility and Suspension Policy effective May 31, 2024

This policy sets out why the Office of Supplier Integrity and Compliance may declare a supplier ineligible, or suspend a supplier from doing business with the Government of Canada.

Previous policies and directives

For contracts dated prior to May 31, 2024, a previous Ineligibility and Suspension Policy or directive may still apply. The policy and directives in effect on a given contract are indicated by the clauses incorporated into that contract.

Ineligibility and Suspension Policy for contracts entered into between April 4, 2016 and May 30, 2024

This policy became effective on April 4, 2016, and is superseded by the policy that came into effect on May 31, 2024
