How to complete the "Submit an enquiry" form
Period to / Period end date / Tax year-end
Enter the end date of the period you would like to enquire about in year/month/day format. You cannot submit the form if you do not enter a date.
Subject
Select the subject that applies to your enquiry. You cannot submit the form if you do not select a subject.
Daytime phone
Enter the 10-digit phone number you would like us to use to contact you if we need more information. The phone number will only be used for this particular enquiry. You cannot submit a form if you do not enter a phone number.
Details of your enquiry
Enter the details of your enquiry here (maximum 3,000 characters). To avoid delays, make sure your enquiry is specific to the account you have selected. You cannot submit the form if you do not enter details of your enquiry.
Email notification
If you want to be notified by email when a reply is available, select yes and enter your email address. Please make sure your email address is correct so the notification is delivered to the right mailbox. You cannot submit the form if you do not select either yes or no.
