1. What account data is displayed in the View direct deposit transactions service?

This service allows you to view the direct deposit amounts refunded to a taxpayer's account for the time frame of your choice. When you select the View direct deposit transactions link, a page will be presented with drop-down lists for year/month/day so you can choose your time frame. After you choose the starting and ending dates, use the 'view' button to see the direct deposit transaction details for that timeframe on a new page.

2. Is access to the View direct deposit service restricted?

No. If there has been a direct deposit made to your account within the last 365 days, you will have access to this service.

3. How do I register for direct deposit?

To register for direct deposit, go to How to request direct deposit.

4. How much direct deposit information is available for viewing?

Information for the last 365 days (maximum) is available.

5. How can I view direct deposit information that is not displayed in this service?

You can view additional refund information in the View and pay account balance service. Go to the Homepage and select View and pay account balance.

6. How are the pre-populated starting and ending dates determined in the View direct deposit transactions service?

If one year of direct deposit information is available for display, the starting date will default to one year from the current date. If less than one year of direct deposit transactions are available for display, the starting date will default to the date the first direct deposit transaction occurred on the account.

The ending date will always default to the current date. You can accept these dates, or you can change them to a time frame of your choice.

7. Who should I contact if there are discrepancies with the information displayed or if I need help?

If you have any questions about the information displayed in the View direct deposit transactions service, you can submit an enquiry. Go to the Homepage and select Enquiries service and then choose Submit a written enquiry.
