View rebate status
All rebates received within the last six years (to a maximum of 72 rebates) will be listed. If a rebate has been reassessed, the most recent reassessment will be listed first.
The "Status" column will display one of the following:
- Received - Processing in progress - We have received your rebate, but have not yet processed it.
- Approved - We have approved your rebate as filed and mailed a notice of assessment.
- Approved with adjustment – We have approved your rebate but we made an adjustment. A notice of assessment has been mailed.
- Disallowed – We have disallowed your rebate and mailed a notice of assessment.
- Adjustment requested - We have received an adjustment request, but have not yet processed it.
- Reassessed - We have changed your assessment, and a notice of reassessment has been mailed.
- Adjustment denied - We have denied an adjustment request.
You can view detailed line-by-line information of a Public Service Bodies’ (PSB) rebate (Form GST66) by selecting the hyperlink in the «Period covered» column.
If you are a selected listed financial institution (SLFI) that reports both the GST/HST and QST, this service will only list GST/HST rebate information. Any applicable QST rebate information cannot be viewed online.
