Only browsers that support Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption can use Corporation Internet Filing. If your browser does not meet this requirement, you can either download a browser that supports this encryption or upgrade the one you currently have. The CRA recommends upgrading to a browser that supports TLS 1.2.

Tested browsers

We recommend using a fully supported browser to ensure there are no problems accessing Corporation Internet Filing. Although other Web browsers may also function, the following have proven to work with Corporation Internet Filing:

Cookies

You must ensure that your browser supports cookies and that cookies are enabled in your browser settings.

All browsers are configured a little differently, so you should check the Internet options of your browser for ways to enable the cookie function.

What if I do not upgrade my browser?

If your browser does not meet the requirements listed above, you may not be able to use Corporation Internet Filing.
