Before you register

You must have all of the following informations when you register for a payroll account:

  • Date employees receive their first wages (leave blank if date is unknown)
  • Months covered for payroll of employees' wages
  • Type of pay period (for example, weekly, quarterly)
  • Number of employees
  • Payroll service name (if any)
  • Country of parent company or affiliate, if you have a foreign owned corporation
  • Name of franchisor and country of franchise's head office (if any)

You will also need all of the following if it differs from the basic business information above:

  • mailing address
  • physical address
