CRA sign-in services

Some taxpayers may have received an email notification from the CRA. We are encouraging those who don’t yet have a My Account to register for one. With My Account, you can view CRA mail or check to see if you have any uncashed cheques.

Add multi-factor authentication to your account

The CRA is gradually adding multi-factor authentication for all users which will help make your CRA sign-in services more secure! You can now add multi-factor authentication to your CRA sign-in services. Add this feature by signing in and following these instructions. Once you add this feature, it will be automatically added to all your CRA sign-in services.

If your CRA user ID and password have been revoked

Some taxpayers may have received a notification that their CRA user ID and password have been revoked. Visit CRA user ID and password have been revoked for more information.

Select the service you would like to sign in / register for.

Access your own information:

  • Individuals

Access your business information:

  • Business owners
  • Partners
  • Directors/trustees on a board
  • Officers of a non-profit organization

Access someone else's business or individual information, including your employer:

  • Accountants
  • Tax and payroll service providers
  • Employees
  • Legal representatives (power of attorneys, trustees, etc.)
  • Family and friends
