Job Summary
- Conduct complex security interviews by reviewing and analyzing all pertinent documents;
- Identify potential security risks to CSIS from candidates/employees/contractors and provide advice
- Write detailed reports by analyzing and reviewing interview results and make recommendations
- Liaise with other units as required regarding potential security/suitability concerns
- Train and mentor new interviewers by providing advice, guidance and operational direction;
- Ensure the highest degree of quality control relating to reporting standards, information management, operational focus and assessing the security relevance of collected information
Education
- Undergraduate degree and three (3) years of experience*, or
- College diploma and five (5) years of experience*, or
- High school diploma and seven (7) years of experience*.
The Undergraduate degree/College Diploma must be obtained from an accredited learning institution recognized in Canada. If you completed a program outside of Canada you will be required to obtain proof of a Canadian equivalency at your expense from an accredited learning institution recognized in Canada.
Experience
- Conduct complex1 and detailed interviews for assessment purposes;
- Produce detailed reports by analyzing the information and formulating appropriate recommendations;
- Experience liaising with internal and external clients;
- Experience conducting research and analysis using search tools or open sources.
