Early reporting over the holidays
If your reporting period ends December 20, 2025, you can submit your report early to avoid payment delays during the holiday season.
You can submit your report starting:
- Monday, December 15, at 7 pm if you live in Ontario, in the Western provinces or in the territories
- Tuesday, December 16, at 7 pm if you live in Quebec or in the Atlantic provinces (7:30 pm in Newfoundland and Labrador)
A reminder of the early reporting dates will be available through the Telephone and the Internet Reporting Services.

You can sign in to My Service Canada Account (MSCA) to find out when your next report is due.

Due to statutory holidays, the direct deposit dates for the holiday season may vary.

2025 T4E tax slips
Your T4E tax slip will be available in MSCA as early as February 1, 2026.
The deadline to change your address for T4E mail delivery is January 15, 2026. To update your address, contact us.
You can stop your T4E from being mailed by changing your delivery option to "online" in MSCA by December 31, 2025.
