Fighter jets

CF-18 fighter jet replacement project.

CH-148 Cyclone

Maritime helicopter that will conduct anti-submarine and anti-surface warfare.

CH-147F Chinook

Tactical transport for equipment and personnel during domestic or deployed operations.

CC-130J Hercules

Carry passengers, heavy equipment and supplies over long distances to support operations.

CC-295 search and rescue

Will carry out critical search and rescue missions across Canada.

CP-140 Aurora

Airborne intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance aircraft.

C-177 Globemaster

Rapidly transport oversized cargo over long distances between continents.

The Royal Canadian Air Force’s fleet of aircraft including fighter jets, helicopters and training aircraft.

CH-146 Griffon 

A utility tactical transport helicopter used for troop transport, reconnaissance, and escort and surveillance.

Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS)

This project will acquire a medium altitude and armed Remotely Piloted Aircraft System.

Cormorant Mid-Life Upgrade

This project will extend the estimated life expectancy of the CH149 Cormorant to at least 2042.
